The game is slow, clunky, and boring. It is like a worse Gigantic.

The game isn't as ambitious as Darksiders II, but I also feel like this is due to the shake up that happened with THQ Nordic and the indie style of this game. The game is good, and focuses on difficulty with 1v1 combat instead of hack and slash action. This could be a killer from some people, but I personally enjoyed it. The game still has combos, but in a 1v1 context. The environments are diverse while staying on Earth. The bosses are interesting, though they boil down to "hit the thing until they no live". The abilities diversify combat and exploration. The level up system is Souls-like now, with 3 stats to boost with level up points.

Overall, I enjoyed the game and would recommend. I have 11 hours in and I am still playing.
