It's D&D the game.
Easily hundreds of hours of content with all of the origins and custom class creations, and side quests and encounters. You are truly free to make choices in this game. If a quest giver pisses you off, the game won't stop you from killing them however you see fit. If you need some more coin, find a lonely merchant to pickpocket to your heart's content. If you want to romance a companion, by all means go right ahead (though some prefer you keep it between the two of you). If you want to breeze through the game with little to no challenge, there's a story mode. If you want the grueling hardcore combat experience, and the inability to save scum, cheers! They've got a difficulty for that! And if you can beat the game on it's hardest difficulty you get to use a GOLDEN DIE on any other character! SHINY PIXELS!

Wasn't a big Souls/Borne fan before diving into the Lands Between, but Elden Ring is f***ing awesome.

Phenomenal, best storytelling in an RPG. These guys took a buggy MMO on an old engine and destroyed it, in game, to revamp the main questline. After the Calamity known as 1.0, you play out the life of an adventurer, aka Warrior of Light. To anyone considering it, play the free trial. Once you get to the first expansion, you'll be hooked. And the free trial happens to include the first expansion, Heavensward, free of charge.

Anyone you ask will say, it just keeps getting better.

The multiplayer is fun, it's really fun. BUT, the cosmetics you get for free could be counted on a single hand.

To get a customized spartan like you could do for free in every other game, I have to spend what I would have spent on the campaign. Also, it seems half the battle pass and samurai event items were moved into the shop and it's just obvious how bad they want your money. You can say "oh but it's free to play," but THIS IS HALO. They could have done so much better and I hope they work on it, because the Halo name has been tainted (unless you have lots of money to throw around, this game was made for you!).

Very fun and addictive dungeon crawler. My expectations were blown away. The atmosphere is very much like Minecraft and it sucks me in for hours at a time. Plus the main story is pretty cool, and the way the game presents the story felt like a classic rpg.

Highly recommend to isometric dungeon-crawler fans.

This game is a lot of fun for me, a Naruto fan. If you aren't a fan of Naruto, you probably wouldn't be here. But if you are considering this game, ask yourself how much you are able to spend and how much you want to spend in a Naruto game. That's because to really enjoy it you need to have all the dlc characters they have added so you can use all of their jutsu and more. Also some of the design choices are just gambling advocates, so that you pay to win. Such as SS tier item drops that you have a 2% chance of getting, but are very useful in the field so you want them.

So yeah, that being said it's really up to you and your wallet.

The game surprised me with its visuals. This is a must-have for VR.
