If you like the board game, this is a very good recreation. I know it isn't a very complex game, but I have played 6 hours without any crashes.

This is a great game!

There are elements for every type of player. From the solo loot grinder to the fast respawn pvp shooter junkie, there is a game mode for you. For me, it is the coop. Left 4 Dead is the best coop game ever made, but the Division coop is a close second. Unlike L4D, you can drop in and out of coop whenever you like. You can play for hours or just a 30 minute fix. Also, there isn't just one coop mode. The campaign fully supports coop play. It was fun and the story interesting. But, once you reach level 30, that is when the game truly opens up. A number of different game modes. Resistance, Underground, Dark Zone, Survival, Squads, and Incursions are just some of them. And each mode has varying levels of difficulty. Try and win Stolen Signal solo on Legendary, it can and has been done, but not by me. Right now, Survival is taking all of my time. I expect The Division will be my "go to game" at least until The Division 2 comes out, maybe longer.

I just completed Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor and I recommend it for anyone who enjoys fantasy role-playing games. My one caviate would be if you are a real stickler for the rules of the D and D universe. I had read the books and enjoyed them, and the same with the movies, but I was never consumed by them. I didn't read them over and over again, so the game universe seemed "believable".

At first I thought the game could be described as a cross between Skyrim and Diablo, but that is not true. Probably the Witcher or even the most recent Tomb Raider are better comparisons. Fighting involves pressing different key combinations. Nothing overly complex but it can take some getting used to. To gain experience, you need to complete predefined tasks, but you never really know your stats.

Like Skyrim, I really enjoyed the story and the few side stories. The graphics, the mechanics, the creatures, and the enemies were all excellent. It appears there was alot of effort to make this a grade A game. Again, I strongly recommend this game.

Well, Evil has done it. It has spread across the land and enslaved all humanity. I, as the character Harkyn, was tasked with stopping this abomination. I failed utterly and completely. I have played 3 hours and still have not been able to defeat the first Warden. I have died more than 25 times and the best I have gotten was to about 1/4 of the final health level for him. I give up. I got the the point where I read combat tutorials and watched multiple videos about how to defeat him. No luck. The jerks at IGN (because I am jealous) even open their walkthrough with this gem, "Being your first boss, this guy isn't very tough."

I still recommend the game, it is beautiful, it runs well (since the December patch apparently), and the story is quite interesting. It is just better than I am.

Just finished playing season 2 of The Walking Dead and I recommend it to anyone on my Steam friends list.

Playing is abit of an over statement as it is more an interactive movie, where it occassionally will ask you to make a choice that will influence the general direction of the story. This is very similar to season 1. This season seemed to be few sequences where you had to do so task to advance the game. The strength of the game is in the story, it reminded me of "The Govenor" story from the tv show.

You play as Clem, an 11 year old girl who survived the first season. But her gender, age and race make no difference. Most of the choices she has to make are adult choices and I found it strange the number of times the adults deferred to her. It is a weakness of the game, but not fatal.

Also, I don't think the authors actually know what cold weather is. The characters are exhausted, starvings and poorly dressed in below zero degrees celcius conditions (it is snowing for parts of the game), but they truge along like it is more an inconvenience then a danger. They all should have died of exposure.

Some of the choices you need to make during the game are actually quite difficult, in that no answer has a clearly superior moral foundation. It is what is the best of a group of bad choices. It caused me some anxiety to make them, and that was a good thing. That is why I can recommend the game to my friends.

Finally, in the end, my decision to kill Kenny was partly because I wanted Jane to say, "Oh my God! You killed Kenny! You bastard!"

I started writing this review a couple of times now. Would I recommend it to my friends...Yes. Was is a top 10 favourite of mine...no.

It is a 3rd person action/puzzle game that has interesting bits of both. However, the action, even on a difficult setting seemed too easy and the puzzles were restricted to a single path it seemed. I enjoyed most clearing an area than seeing how I could move Laura through the zone in different ways, like only being able to move by zip line.

The story was pretty good for a video game. The dialog was at best respectable. This is definitely not Portal or Portal 2. Some of it was beyond horrible. Fortunately, the designers/developers focused on the action.

If you enjoy Diablo series, you will enjoy this. I can verify that the game can be completed without buying a single item.

Portal 2 continues the great writing found in the original game. GLADOS is not the main character this time out. She is important, but Wheatley and Cave Johnson are the new stars.

The single player game is very similar to the first game. It adds super bounce and super slide effects to the environment, but is still simply a game of getting from here to there.

The coop game is fantastic. it is fun trying to figure out the puzzle with a friend. Even if your friend is Shawn.

Buy this game...buy it now!

This is a near future story of post-apocolyse Russia. There are regular, electric and pneumatic weapons, Phantom creatures, and interesting characters. The story holds together quite well all the way through the game. And, as a bonus, it is longer than the typical FPS game at about 12 hours.

I give it a strong recommendation.
