This game is mostly realistic, but sometimes there are bugs that have to be fixed that take away from the realism, I quote from one of IVSoftware "between the game and realism, the game always wins," this is good as it shows they would much rather give a fixed game that people would enjoy rather than an extremely realistic game. Realism is important too but not as important as the game.

This lets you run your own prison and give it all the lastest gadgets. I would recommed this to anyone who likes building games and anyone who likes being in control of many little people (xcom, dota 2 and league of legends fans).
