Reason for my trade ban : (Making a new one, old one got copyrighted from music)

In simple words, I scammed a scammer and he got me banned. I opened a support ticket to valve and they didnt give a ♥♥♥♥, also I was banned when they gave a ♥♥♥♥ about the community.
