I'd recommend it solely because is has the best base mechanics currently in a fps.
If you can get a team of five to play consistently with you, then it's the best fps experience available imo.
It takes a pretty long time to learn how to play as well as all the nuances of the game. Then you can start getting good.

Can be quite frustrating at times.
Has some issues (cheating, matchmaking).

Still would recommend, 4/5.
