If you want to be accepted, you must follow at least one of the following criteria:
Be in a group I am in
Be someone I know outside of Steam
Be someone I recently played with

I do not care if you have a VAC ban, and I condemn people who reject invitations for just that reason.
If you decline adds because of a low Steam level, it means you're favouring badge collectors. There is no excuse and you should be ashamed of yourself.

Online: I am awake and active. Response is likely to come fast
Away: I am likely busy. Response may be delayed
Busy / Do Not Disturb: I can not answer you at this time. Leave a message and I will assess it when able
Offline: I am either asleep, busy or experiencing bugs with Steam. No ETA on responses

In-Game: Variable availability. See games list in description on top of profile.

Mobile: If you see this, replies may come fairly quick, or really slow. Steam on mobile is really buggy and may at its own volition decide not to give me notifications.
