You like-a d' puzzle game

It's too easy though

Boring barebones RuneScape mobile idle game. It uses the familiar graphics engine but they've removed most of what was good. One of the best things about RuneScape was how intricately interwoven everything was. This has none of that. Items, quests, and skills are all boring and lackluster. There is basically no strategy or meaningful decisions. Starts out fun but becomes crap soon.

EDIT: Cancelled my sub after 1 month

Pros:
- A lot of skills
- Familiar look and feel
- You can pick and choose skills a bit because leveling any skill gives bonus xp in any other

Cons:
- Boring and tedious
- No unique loot per monster
- No interesting loot or loot tables
- No interesting gear or items
- No trading
- No auction house
- Tiny bank space
- Low complexity
- Low skill depth
- Very little interaction between skills
- Quest rewards are trash and require a ton of work for almost no reward
- It's barely a game. It's amateur RuneScape knockoff for grandmothers.
- There is both a foraging and a gathering skill. Like.. why?
- Take a skill like Alchemy (potions). You can just buy all the same potions it makes from a vendor. No real reason to train it. The whole game is easy mode like this.

It can still be enjoyable and I'm still trying it but it's a letdown if you were hoping for RuneScape 2. It isn't very fun.

Backpack Hero meets Survivors-like. Instead of adding/upgrading skills you buy and arrange multiple weapons/armor/utilities in your pack, which all have their own stats and cooldowns.

Additional Pros:
- Bite-sized rounds. No 30 minute map slog like some other survivors-likes.
- Numerous types of interesting upgrades, not just your basic mindless crap.
- Great 3D models.
- Hundreds of items.

I've played a few TRPGs lately and they've all been disappointing, usually because of the unpolished clunkiness of the gameplay systems and the UI/graphics.

But this one just feels good. The roguelite aspect and the more sophisticated dialogue is a welcome touch too.

Tedious

9/10. My Time at Portia + Fortnite-style gathering. Farming, crafting, upgrades are enjoyable, plot is decent, and game mechanics and controls are good. This game does not suck. Thoroughly enjoying it and it has really scratched the My Time at Portia itch.

Great puzzles, atmosphere, graphics, art direction, sound, and enemies. Everything about this game is fantastic.

Don't miss out on the *FREE* DLC either.

It's a decent Lane Defense game, roughly browser/flash quality. I enjoyed it but don't expect too much. It's also very short.

Like Final Fantasy Tactics, but without the enjoyment.
