I don't really Dota anymore, but you quoted a post of mine and I saw your question. By "periodic" it means the GCPD reports don't update constantly or in real-time. For example, reports/stats from games you play may not be reflected in your GCPD reports until the next day. Time may vary. I don't know the exact time frame. :d2tidehunter:
