Story, writing, characters, combat and visual style, all decent to good.
Puzzles, quest design and pacing, very poor.
Feels like a game where the story was written first and then they wrapped a game around it.

As good as dead now that Overwatch is out. The already broken matchmaking now has no choice but to match my level 30 self with 5 stacks of level 100 teams, which is all that's left now. Getting rolled every game and having the enemy Marquis spam taunts just isn't fun. CC is to powerful, not enough maps, imbalanced heroes, overly busy action, characters that look like an emo teenager doodled them one day.... The list of negatives is growing. While the combat is fun, engaging and deep when you are able to find a good match, that is the minority of cases. I will continue to play in hopes the player base comes back, but unless that happens this game is not worth the get.

tl;dr Good combat and teamplay overshadowed by broken matchmaking and low player base.
