CS:GO Review
inb4 "needed to write review" for Steam Summer Challenges

Honestly a classic game. Requires a lot of playing and muscle memory to realize how certain guns work, but I've played this for hours on end and could easily put more hours into this game if I had the time.

Awesome game overall.

The whole "Battle Royale" thing with games lately is getting pretty old, however, I thought this game was really unique and a lot of fun so far. For being in such an early state, this game plays pretty well in terms of optimization and gun-play. There are a lot of different aspects that this game brings and changes to the genre. I'm looking forward to seeing how this game plays out in the development process because this was actually kinda fun!

I've had an on and off relationship with this game since day one. While I still managed to play 50 hours within the first two weeks of release, afterwards, I began to give up on the game seeing as nothing was being done and issues needed to be addressed.

Now, two huge updates as well as a bunch of patches have been released to make this game the game it should have been upon release. The game looks visually better, there's much more to do with different game modes to change the way you experience the game and I can honestly say I've been playing this ALOT within the past few days and I'm loving it again.

While the overall style and gameplay of the game in general might not be for everyone, I think it's an amazing game to kill time and just let your mind wander. I hope to see this game continue to flourish and hope everyone gives this game another try.

You can now loot the Torturers Hood in the tutorial. 10/10

In all honesty, I've been looking forward to this. Not only is it now 64bit for added stability, but I think the mods created or expanded upon will be even greater than before.

In regards to the "enhanced visuals" in this version, they are there. It's not something fantastic like a solid ENB or overly noticeable, but there are small added features that seem to just make it look much better. In comparision to Vanilla Skyrim, it blows it out of the water; even if you don't think so at first. I was someone who spent hours playing the game, but also spent countless, frustrating hours trying to always make my game look perfect. While I was able to get my original Skyrim modded to look amazing, I always felt the need for more.

There has been so much I couldn't do in the game that I wanted to because I focused so much on making the game look perfect. However, I feel that this enhanced version not only makes it look more attractive in subtle ways, I feel that I will finally be excited to get into this game again and spend a far more amount of time playing than worrying about visuals.

Wanted to play Overwatch while Blizzard servers get DDOS'd so I thought I'd give this a try.

All jokes aside, it is extremely similar to Overwatch; right down to the each character's skillsets. Some have some slight variations but everything is almost too similar. However, this game is actually very fun regardless of the similarities. The game feels almost too easy though, however still very fun. I'm curious to see how this game will play out and how the future of the development could make the game more unique and standout from Overwatch.

I've never seen a more accurate depiction of the friendzone in my life it almost hurts because this was me. I like knowing that I can go back and say things differently and still see that no matter what I say, I would have never had a chance.

In all honesty, this is a cool little text-adventure game that will have you replaying it over and over just to see if you will ever be able to say the right thing.

I've always enjoyed the Fallout games, but there were always elements of the game I wish were addressed, specifically combat. While mods fixed this in earlier games, I really enjoy that the vanilla experience has so much to offer, and addresses some of these issues in terms of both gameplay and graphics. It does feel more like a shooter, but I don't see how this is a negative thing; I feel like it makes the game a more smooth, polished experience. Even playing in third-person is really fun because that's something I always disliked in the earlier games. I have yet to try mouse and keyboard, just because I enjoy using my wireless controller for these kinds of games, but I hear it isn't that great, but there are some .ini fixes you can tweak to improve that. The UI on PC isn't that great either, I would like to see a slider incorporated that either shrinks it, or a mod that allows the UI to scale towards whatever resolution you are running so it isn't huge. Animations are much more polished and refined making it feel like they actually made progress within the Creative Engine itself.

Despite all of the negative comments I read about graphics, I honestly think they look great, and I'm one of the worst graphic snobs there are. The lightining and shadowing alone are fantastic, and it seems to distract me from the otherwise mediocre textures, even on ultra. I do hate They aren't the worst possible textures, but they're not the best. However, it doesn't stop be from playing the game because I can still feel immersed within the world, simply because there's so much more to the game than just graphics. (I would like to see a Bethesda-official Hi-res texture pack like they did with Skyrim though in the future, that would be a really nice addon) The game also does lack some memorable features found in F3 and NV like weapon deterioration, and a more immerse role-playing experience in certain aspects, however, I don't feel that it takes away from this game so much.

Performance with this game appears to be a hit and miss with some people, but for me, this has been the most stable Bethesda game I have played to date. After almost 50 hours as of right now, I have yet to encounter one crash. With an i7-4790 and GTX 970, I am able to sustain 60fps at 1080, and have helped some friends with their builds achieve almost the same results with i5's and 660ti's, 760's, and 960's. Usually around 50ish fps for them, but still a stable experience. I've seen that others get constant crashing. My only reccomendation for that would be to make sure you do a clean install of your video card drivers (if using Nvidia, get the Fallout 4 driver if you haven't), and Verify your game cache by right clicking on your game, going to properties, and Verify to make sure you aren't missing any files. Other times, I will run into the occasional glitch, but restarting the game always fixes it for me.

I would highly recommend this game, I haven't been so engrossed in a game since Skyrim was released. The possibilities with this game, both in terms of story progression, weapon and armor crafting, and settlement building feel endless. Currently at almost 50 hours, I feel like I haven't really done much; that alone is what makes this game awesome for me.

The core idea and gameplay of the game is great and I am excited to see this game grow and improve throughout time. I did not expect myself to be even interested in playing this game, but after around two hours, I started to enjoy it.

PROS:

~The core concept and overall gameplay of the game - Playing with friends I feel is what makes the game, however, your views may differ if you're just playing it by yourself.

~Crafting is interesting and develops very well as your skills level (there are tons of skills in this game that improve over time)

~The game world is huge and dynamic - this allows for you and your friends to find the perfect spot to gather materials and build up your town and trading posts and thrive within your group/guild. Word will spread of those who come around and destroy villages which then emphasises more teamwork to bolster your defenses to prevent destruction to all your hard work.

CONS: (This game is obviously in early access, but I feel I should point out some cons that I have noticed)

~Very unoptimized - I get an average of 22-29 fps in this game (with my 4.0GHz i7 4790, and GTX 970 @ 1504MHz on core clock)

~Graphics aren't the greatest - this could be an issue to some, but I have faith that the game will improve greatly while still mainting the art style that is trying to be achieved.

If you and your friends are looking for a good group-oriented game to play, I would highly recommend it. I hope to see the developers continue to improve this game as it has a lot of potential.

Rockstar and BattleEye just killed support for Linux/Steam Deck compatibility in their latest "update," therefore rendering GTA Online useless and then pointing the blame towards Valve.

As someone that's always avoided Public lobbies and stuck with Single Player Private or Friend-Only lobbies, this action alone grants the game a negative review.

Disappointing.

I played this back in beta and was not impressed at all. I thought there were so many bugs and that the game just wasn't very good. That was beta at the time, but I had the impression that maybe it just wasn't to be as good as I wanted it to be.

Skip ahead a year later, I got the sudden urge to try out ESO so I decided I would buy it, I needed a new game to play and become interested in. I'm so glad I went for it. It's not often I find myself interested in a game and wanting to always play it. Most games I play for a few hours and come back to them a month or two later. But here I am, one month after purchasing it with over 200 hours.

Any bugs I encountered during beta have all been fixed. Things I wanted to see get added to the game were added or recently implemented. No subscription also means I don't have to feel obligated to play this game and get my $15 a month out of it so I have the freedom to enjoy it whenever. The world is huge, simple side quests are fun and enjoyable to do each with their own fully voice-acted stories. The graphics are amazing, especially for utilization of the Hero Engine (WoW engine). The crafting is unlike anything I've seen and has become one of my favorite things to do in the game. The amount of content there is in this game, race/class combinations, etc. have me wanting to play this game for a long time. I feel like I haven't even scratched the surface.

My only complaint is that group-questing with friends could be improved. It seems like you have to constantly check with your friends and ask "did you do this part yet? lol" because I feel that if you're in a close proximity, if someone does something, it should register for everyone in group. There are few quests that follow this, and it is present in dungeons, but I'd like to see this for every quest in game as it would make the whole "MMO" experience a bit more fluid.

Let's Bang OK/11
