Honestly one of the best multi-player games of this type. I don't think I've ever enjoyed a Co-op PvE game as much as this since Payday 2 in it's heyday and honestly? Helldivers 2 exceeds the fun I had in that game.

The guns are fun to use, the deaths are often hilarious, the gameplay loop is fun, the visuals are usually great.

Not to mention the way the story is integrated in a narrative that is unique among live service games. You can earn the premium currency as part of gameplay or can buy it. Instead of battle passes you can miss out on, you can unlock any warbond you want that's out.

I hope the reversal by Sony for PSN continues, but the game does have downsides from the overtweaking of weapons (especially primaries) that makes it hard to keep up and leaves some being unfun. Overall there has been more positive for the tweaks... but they are playing a tricky game there. This might change in the future, but as of now, it's pretty darn fun most of the time.

This used to be a good game, but since the paid mods update, it ruined the game I knew. Wrecking most of my old mods in a once stable game. Now it's a second cash grab, yet even worse. Only Bethesda can take a good game with a great modding scene (which fixes their flaws) and burn it all to the ground.

I have been a big fan of this game for a while, even introduced it to several friends. The swarm of DLC and how some basic features were locked behind them, was an issue, but not enough for me to recommend against getting the game. That changed when they decided they wanted to put in blatant microtransactions during a community event about giving back to the fans. What is worse that these microtransactions give boosts as well, making this a "Pay 2 Win" game. I have issues with this model, but it generally is part of a free game. Here they want you to pay for the game, pay for the INSANE amount of DLC out there and then keep handing over cash, over and over.
Just avoid this game, it is clear they don't want players anymore and are trying to get every dollar they can before they pull the plug.
