Incredible charming game!

Appearing to be your normal lighthearted fantasy RPG in the beginning it slowly opens up to be a quite deep and complex science fiction story with a small but likable main cast plunging into a thoughtfully told story. The story telling is always on point and never long-drawn-out.

Visuals are simple but effective - If you look closely you can find small details, animations and love to detail in every corner which was quite surprising and enjoyable!

Also I'm not an audio guy, but man this battle track will stay rent free in my mind for a long time!

tl;dr: If you like retro rps with a notably good story this game is a steal for that price, go get it!

What a beautiful little game. As someone as a child who was not able to get past the first bosses in Mega Man games I'm pretty impressed by the sheer amount of appreciation this game gives me for a genre I was never really into.

The artwork is nostalgic on point and even beyond that just a joy to look at. Music is most of the time a true banger. I was surprised how many enemies there are, a huge plus for me. Also Retro Schwan was definitely the best.

If you're looking for a fun action sidescroller with a funny narative and you're a child of the Game Boy, look no further. Just get it.
