That "Penelope" person that added you is a bot/scammer btw. They add random people out of the blue and ask you to trade or click on link. Their bios are always like "blender artist", "been playing since 2015", and "Favourite maps...". They also usually have like over 200 hours in tf2 over the past 2 weeks.

I know this because another bot by the name of "Bridget" added me the same time as the other and they had the exact same bio as Penelope lol. And I've been added by people with the same bio format as them and they turned out to be fake.
