As a game that claims to be the spiritual successor of the Castlevania franchise, it is a little disappointing. While it definitely is not a bad game, Bloodstained draws heavily from its predecessors, particularly "Symphony of the Night" and "Aria/Dawn of Sorrow," to the point where it feels like a mere imitation rather than a true successor.

Overall, it is a decent game, but it fails to stand out in a genre that has seen significant growth and innovation in recent years. While fans of the classic Castlevania games may find enjoyment in "Bloodstained," those looking for a fresh and innovative experience may be disappointed.

An adrenaline bomb, capable of replacing coffee.
