Great game, especially if you played Worlds. UI and Multiplayer systems could really use some work though.

This use to be one of the most entertaining "horde" style simulators. 4 players, rob places, special monsters, regular DLC that was OK priced and plenty of discounts. You could even play maps you didn't have as long as someone else hosted. Now that Overkill has decided not only to implement microtransactions, but tied in stat bonuses into what should be cosmetic changes, I can no longer recommend this game at all. The salt in the wound is that this was announced as the "free" update for the first day of Crimefest, an event where the community worked its ass off to promote Payday 2.
"Free" to use your credit card to buy stupid drills.
