It still requires many workarounds for their greedy in-game purchases bundles, bugs, outfits clipping into each other and yadayada

Still! So far it's been enjoyable, tiring but even so, enjoyable; mostly because the world is beautiful and clothes are gorgeous! I still wish the retcon didn't happen though.

(mainly playing it on PS5 because PC version is awfully optmized)

As a day-1 one PS4 player, having it platinum'd and all, I can say for certain that it's one of my favorite games! Can't say much about the PC port itself, but as a game, it's very close to a masterpiece (in my humble opinion). I enjoy the hack-n-slash combat and combos you can do between weapon types, the variety of ranged options and skills to use with your pods is a good way to call back on the magic system back in the first NieR.

It's story is deep and makes you think about so many things, but only if you pay attention to it, otherwise it's just a fun combat game. For those coming back from NieR: Replican/Gestalt, these details were lovely (and painful) to witness! There are plenty of philosophical analysis of the story and it's message around the internet so I won't get into that in my review as I'm not great at writing my thoughts out.

9/10 combat/action
10/10 lore, would suffer again anytime xD

Story driven and gorgeous game, with a super aesthetic art style. It's the perfect game if you want something chill to play and have some quality time! Has a great soundtrack too (that you can check out on spotify).

All the people you meet in game have different stories and are all interesting in their own way, VA-11 Hall-A has a nice way to show character growth, being it our main girl Jill, or our clients and friends.

I think this game has a very genuine way of portraying how people deal with loss, and how having people who care about you can help change the way you see things in life.

Funny, sad and sometimes chaotic, VA-11 Hall-A is one of my favorite games and I'd be happy to recommend it to everyone! 10/10

I'm not good with rhythm games but Muse Dash made me play one! The playable characters are cute and stylish, with each one having a different perk that suits the player. Super colorful and with a wide selection of songs, MD is very fun and beginner friendly.

For those that enjoy this genre of game, the DLC is worth the price and your time, meanwhile if you're starting rhythm games, the base game will do just fine for you! Also we get fantastic new illustrations with every new pack/update! Yay!
