x-com as it was originally intended, more complex with less handholding, more realistic aliens (who can and will move when you're still getting into position)... if you liked the new X-Com enemy unknown but found the game was too restricting, this game's for you. Even if you enjoyed the new one and want to see what was cut from the original games to make the new one, it's worth a look.

If however you didn't like the new x-com because it was too complicated. DO NOT pick up this game.
