Cloverpit is one of those games that sounds simple at first but ends up being way more addicting than you expect. It’s a rogue-lite slot machine nightmare where you’re basically gambling for your life, stuck in this creepy little room trying to dig yourself out of debt.

The atmosphere is weirdly tense — dark lighting, eerie sounds, and that constant feeling of risk every time you pull the lever. It’s got this perfect balance between strategy and luck, where a good run actually feels earned, but one bad spin can ruin everything. It’s frustrating sometimes, but in that fun “I need to try again” kind of way.

I ended up beating it, and even after finishing, I still found myself going back just to chase that one perfect combo. The gameplay loop is tight, the charm system is clever, and it just hooks you in fast.

If you like rogue-lites or games with that constant gamble-for-survival feeling, Cloverpit is absolutely worth checking out.

Even though Call of Duty®: Black Ops II has been out for years and still comes with a pretty high price, it honestly holds up as one of the best games ever made. The zombies mode is what really makes it stand out — it’s pure chaos in the best way possible. The classic maps, the nonstop waves, and that feeling of working together with friends to survive all night still make it such an unforgettable experience. There’s something about the atmosphere, the soundtrack, and even the little details that just stick with you. Anyone who played it growing up knows how special it is — that mix of nostalgia and excitement you get when you load it up again never really fades. Even with how much games have changed over the years, Black Ops II still proves that good gameplay and great memories never get old.

Call of Duty®: Black Ops Cold War is easily one of my favourite entries in the whole Call of Duty series. The campaign was super engaging, and I’ve always loved the little arcade games it includes — they add such a fun break from the main action. Yeah, the price is pretty high like most Call of Duty titles, but it’s honestly worth every bit of it. Playing with friends makes it even better, filled with nonstop laughs, chaos, and memories that never get old. It’s one of those games that just hits the right balance between serious moments and pure fun, and that’s what keeps it standing out for me.

Mafia: Definitive Edition does an amazing job at bringing a classic back to life. The story set in the Prohibition era is super engaging, and the detail put into the city of Lost Heaven makes it feel real and alive. The updated graphics and smoother gameplay make the whole thing feel fresh, whether you played the original or not. Even though some parts of the story are familiar, the atmosphere, visuals, and the way it captures that old-school crime vibe make it a really solid experience. It’s one of those games that pulls you in and keeps you hooked from start to finish.

Getting Over It with Bennett Foddy is honestly one of the most frustrating games I’ve ever played. It’ll push you to the edge, to the point where you actually consider destroying your whole setup and crying out of pure rage. But somehow, that’s what makes it great. It’s the kind of game you play when you want to test your patience and see how long you can last before losing it completely. I’d definitely recommend it — but only if you enjoy suffering through pain and self-loathing for the sake of victory.

Although Detroit: Become Human is an incredibly immersive and emotional experience, Beyond: Two Souls honestly left me completely amazed. It went way beyond what I expected and turned out to be one of the most memorable story-driven games I’ve played. Every moment of it pulled me in — the gameplay is wild and keeps surprising you, and the visuals are still insanely good for a game from 2013. It’s one of those titles that sticks with you long after you finish it, and it really shows how much effort and emotion went into making it.

Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six® Siege gives me the worst mix of emotions — pure frustration and total obsession. It’s one of those games that makes you want to scream one minute and queue up for another match the next. No matter how much it drives me insane, I can’t stop playing it. The gameplay is intense, tactical, and honestly addictive. Even with all the chaos and heartbreak it brings, I’d still 100% recommend it — it’s too good not to play.

There’s honestly no game studio that does it better than Quantic Dream. I’m completely obsessed with Detroit: Become Human — it’s easily one of my top three story-driven games of all time. Everything about it pulls you in: the story is emotional and powerful, the choices actually matter, and the gameplay keeps you thinking the whole way through. The graphics are absolutely stunning, some of the best I’ve ever seen, and the whole experience just feels so real. It’s without a doubt one of the best games I’ve ever played, and definitely one I’ll be replaying again.

Red Dead Redemption 2 isn’t just a game — it’s straight-up art. The story pulls you in from the very start, and the world it drops you into is insane — every little detail feels alive, and the level of realism is next-level. I absolutely love the narrative, and honestly, the game’s visuals are breathtaking. It’s one of those experiences that sticks with you long after you’ve stopped playing.

Resident Evil 2 has to be one of my all-time favourite entries in the series. It was honestly such an incredible and fun experience from start to finish. Even though it’s not super long, the replay value is massive, which is something I really love in games — I just couldn’t get enough. The remake does an amazing job staying true to the original while adding tons of fresh ideas, new scenes, and atmospheres that make it a must-play, especially for anyone who loved the original PS1 classic. It’s the perfect mix of nostalgia and modern gameplay, and it still hits just as hard today.
