I've been eating what I call water bread again for my bulk. Water bread is when I run a slice of whole wheat bread under the kitchen faucet then eat it in one gulp. I do this a few times a day eating 3-4 slices each time. I got the idea from watching the coney island hot dog eating contest. It works for me. Compared to oats I get minimal gas. Water bread is also a good meal when you're running late.
