TL;DR- GAME IS GREAT, DOWNLOAD IT!!


Been playing FPS games since CS 1.6 starting in 2005. Past few years have been nothing but CSGO and Rust, both of which I am sick of, with a couple other one off FPS games thrown in here and there. I had been considering PUBG for some time, but with the seemingly recent decline in positive reviews for the game, I have held off.

I found this game, H1Z1, earlier today--free to play. "I'll give it a shot", I thought.

I can't comment on what the game USED to be, but as it sits in its current state, its a very fun game. I've played about 4 hours of it, playing solo the entire time. Have NOT come across a single bug, any connectivity issues, or really any issues at all. Not even a cheater..

Games are readily available, getting right in from the first click to parachuting in within 2 minutes or less.

11 people per game has been the average, which is great for quick games and fast paced play.

The guns are great and easy to use, none seem to be OP. Eveything works as it should. Again, no issues.

I've played about 20 matches, won 5-6 of them. Breath of fresh air for sure, and can't beat free! Will keep playing..
