Really promising demo for a full length adventure! The character creator is surprisingly in depth, especially for a pixel art based game, and there's a lot of freedom to make what you want there. It's not really shown in the screenshots, but furries out there, there are quite a few options in here for you (I was able to basically make my character 1 to 1). I quite enjoyed the active combat system (think paper mario ish) and the soundtrack has been a jam all the way through. By the end of the demo I was pretty intrigued at what would be coming next!

I don't have a lot to say that other, more in depth reviews haven't said already. The game is simply all around good, and has such an incredible level of polish in all areas. Where it really shines though is inclusiveness, even players new to the roguelike genre can have a good time, while it also caters to more advanced players with a system for turning up the difficulty. Even my friends who basically only played breath of the wild and Animal Crossing before Hades love it.

If you like SHMUPs, AT ALL, buy this game. It's $12 and I'd pay double that for this, every part is lovingly crafted and it all fits together into an amazing whole. The level design is clean but challenging, the sprite art is detailed and lovely to look at, and the music straight up bangs. The remix for the dream in particular is incredible.

Even if you're not a bullet hell veteran, it's worth picking up. The difficulty curve is steep but not insurmountable, and by the time the game really cranks it up you should have had plenty of time to practice switching between the three firing modes (plus extra) and figure out what's good for what scenario.

Nicest thing that it took me a couple hours of play to figure out: bumping into enemies won't kill you right away, it takes sustained contact. Only your cockpit is vulnerable to bullets, the rest of your ship will be just fine passing through them.
