As i'm writting this review tears are running down my face. I saw loads of commercial for this game in 2021 when it released but i now regret that i hadn't bought the game back then. Only 2 other games got me in this state of mind : OuterWilds and Cyberpunk 2077. This game is a masterpiece of story telling, i've grown attached to all the characters from a random nameless teen at a gaz station to the country official reporter Sonya Sanchez, this game is a must play don't let it fly play it it's one ofthose games that changes your perspective on life, and remember, all your choices matter... you matter.

How did this game and road 96 didn't get more attention ?!
I bought this game and road 96 during Steam summer sale because i was searching for a roadtrip experience and i had seen ads of this game back in 2021 so i thought : "yea let's play this game it's cheap". I played 2 other games in my life that left me that "post game depression" it was Cyberpunk 2077 and Outerwilds. If you like feeling stuff just buy both Mile 0 and Road 96 (play mile 0 first it's a prequel ... obviously it's in the name but who knows ?) This game hits. And it hits hard. Well i have to be honnest : while this game is great right now i see 2 cons :
1- there's a LOT of loading screen for such an area, it really does have a lot of them.
2- the "Temple Run" segments are kinda hard and unrewarding (maybe i'm just bad but the "10% completion" after spending 15 minutes trying to do the level as best as you can it's kinda deceiving)

This might just be the best game i ever played. If you're seeking for a game that is beautiful, deep and sad then just buy it and have the best game you could ever have !
