Don't be put off by the "last gen" graphics. This game is wonderful. Super chill base building, resource collection, crafting survival game. Think Subnautica without the thalassophobia. I also think it's neat that you unluck QoL upgrades as well as your typical new blueprints.

Solid picross with intuitive controls and ramping difficulty. Tons of puzzles.

In it's current state, this is an exceptional open-world exploration and crafting game. The UI design is wonky and there are still plenty of Quality of Life improvements that could be implemented, but I get lost in this game for hours just exploring, mining, and crafting. If you enjoy games like Terraria, Satisfactory, or Subnautica, then this is a no brainer.

This is a CONDITIONAL RECOMMENDATION, though I am overall not recommending for most. I'm hoping more negative reviews will drive Asmodee to fix the myriad of issues. As of 2020-06-21, there are plenty of bugs, especially when playing online. For example, if you click the Log button to review previously played cards/player turns, and then click a card to read it's text, then hit escape to back out, the screen goes dim and you are locked out until you leave the game and re-join. There are also certain cards that just don't work correctly. as other's have noticed. If you are familiar with the boardgame and only going to be playing with friends, then it's worth it during a sale. I wouldn't not buy these to compete in the rankings though due to all the issues.

Bugs aside, I think this is a very good implementation of the board game and really helps streamline all the fiddliness of the physical version. It keeps tracks of all your symbols, extra actions, etc so you don't have to constantly review all your previously played cards. This also keeps the interface less cluttered. The sound effects and visual effects are also fun.

Matthew Brown's puzzle games are excellent and worth every penny. My only complaint feedback is that there needs to be a RESET button to set that puzzles back to the start condition. It's a pain to manually reset each cell after you realize you've made a mistake. Regardless, keep up the great work!

15 hours in as of this writing, and having a great time. I like how the game moves relatively slowly (at least at first) which may seem a bit annoying initially, but it really lets you relax and enjoy everything that there is to do.

This is an excellent platformer with fun graphics and excellent use of sound. The main story line is fun and relatively easy. It's the side quests and new game modes that are much more challenging. Highly recommended.

A zombie survival horror mixed with the open world gameplay, leveling, and equipment of an rpg like skyrim? Awesome! I am not a huge fan of the dreadfully overdone zombie genre, but this is still a fantastic game.

this is a fun game with a neat artistic style and well done narration. I personally thought the story was a bit dumb and there was a lack of enemy variety, but regardless, this is a great game and one everyone should play.

I have a love hate relationship with this game. One the one hand, it is relatively light, quick, and engaging. On the other hand, the RNG aspect of the encounters can be infuriating. You can be doing great, have a full compliment of crewers, and then a battle wipes you out and you have to start over. Though that is what happens in a roguelike i guess. Overall though, this is a very well made and fun game, especially since the enhanced edition.
