Best value I ever got for my money

This is one of those game that make you forget about time. After getting over the whole unintuitive "there is no up" thing in space, you can make pretty cool stuff with this. It also opens up a lot of possibilities for role-play, large server economies, PvP, etc.
It is however still very clear that this game is a pre-release. There are some instabilities and bugs in the game and (especially multiplayer) performance is not always great, but it is very promosing and with the mod support getting bigger and better all the time, I am looking forward to see what modders will come up with. Myself... I am looking forward to a game mod(e) where life support also because an important issue.

This game must have been one of the most emotional games I have ever played. The music and the story are something everyone should experience. If you haven't played it yet, definitely give it a try. You will not be able to put away this game before you finish it.
