The first time I tried playing this, I got frustrated with the UI and gave up. The menu layout is not good. Building paths/walkway should be the easiest thing in the game, but it still takes a lot of mouse clicks to do anything. Building long paths is an absolute chore - and occasionally it still gives you incomprehensible error messages when queues don't fit together.

However, once you get past the cheesy front-end menu, the forced creation of an avatar, then struggle to navigate bad in-game UI and build menus that sometimes feels like work - there are some interesting pieces of a theme park management game in there. It's just buried under the awful front-end. Like most Frontier games, it's probably going to reward those who put in the effort, but you're not even fighting the gameplay, you're fighting bad mouse controls and bad menu design.

Whoever compared this to Skylines was a masochist or only looked at screenshots - Skylines has an intuitive and discoverable UI, where the controls make sense and do what is expected. This does not, and the game suffers for it.
