All the little details that went into this game is simply amazing, it's outright addictive...

Backed it on kickstarter "back in the day", after the long waiting time I didn't really expect anything but I'm really supprised how good this game actually is. Really recommended for people who played half life, deus ex, and the likes. Good puzzles, cool level design, great game all in all!

I got this game for free for backing another game on kickstarter.

I like the post-apocalyptic setting, the character development, the deep story and all the new things that came with the director's cut.

This game i can strongly recommend.

I have never played Baldur's Gate 2 as a kid, so i bought this enhanced edition last year - maybe one of the best 5.75 € spent in my whole life.

At first, during the kickstarter campain, PoE was a ray of hope for all "old" isometric rpg enthusiasts.

Then, after release, it has been hyped by so many gaming websites and magazines.

A lot of those players waiting for a new baldur's gate (2) were quite disappointed- or lets call it "disillusioned" as nothing beats bg2 (hi!).

But, after all, PoE is still a great game with many new cool aspects, game mechanics and a solid story. So yes, i recommend this game for old rpg fans and new players.

edit: After 200+h of Gameplay and two AddOns i still recommend this game. As mentioned I needed quite some time to get used to the style and mechanics of the game but now I love it. <3
