This game is probably one of the best VR games out there right now. If you love games that are centered around air combat like the arcade like Ace Combat series or the extremely detailed and realistic DCS or even Arma, you will absolutely love this game. This has just the right balance between realism and fun action. The whole game has you in the cockpit of a near-futuristic aircraft with lots of controls to learn and tinker with. There are tutorials in-game and on YouTube by the developer and the community so worry not! It took me about an hour to learn the basics and you will gradually learn about the many weapons that are at your disposal.

There are 3 aircraft:
A VTOL aircraft that mainly serves as transport and CAS.
A fixed-winged aircraft that is mainly deployed on air superiority and SEAD(Suppression of Enemy Air Defenses) missions
A high-tech VTOL multirole stealth aircraft that is great for ground and air targets

Different weapons including cannons, radar-guided anti-air missiles, infrared anti-air missiles, laser-guided bombs and missiles, anti-radiation missiles, and even GPS guided bombs and missiles. There is a lot to discover and learn.
It is terrifying to hear your plane yell at you that you have a missile incoming and to look to your side to see it coming. The first time you have to eject is going to scare the hell out of you.
In addition to all of this, there is a map/mission editor for the creative steam users out there. Many have already uploaded missions, campaigns, and maps to the workshop.
Definitely worth the price for the experience you get. There are also more improvements in the future for this game such as multiplayer and new planes. A very solid thumbs up from me!
