Tekken 7 is a superb fighter, just like games in the series before it. The fighting system is solid as always. Rage arts are kind of neat, it's a bit of a leg up if you're getting pummeled. Not much to say about gameplay, it's good old Tekken. You get a lot of content in the base game. Over 30 characters with a few different outfits and then 10 slots for customizations, which are pretty extensive. It definitely doesn't feel like you're being ripped off like with Street Fighter V which charges you a bunch of money for extra costumes.

Bandai Namco did a great job with the PC version. The game is nicely optimized. Looks great and runs great. Even with some older GPUs you'll get decent performance. Controller support is amazing. Aside from your basic configuring of controls, there is a whole other option to configure the entire controller so you don't end up with weird non fighting controls like the PC version of Dead or Alive 5 Last Round or end up needing an Xinput controller or having to use Xbox 360 CE. Also means you can use any arcade stick you have lying around.

The only gripe I have with this game is the lack of beat em' up mode like they had in Tekken 6. That was a whole lot of fun and I was hoping it would be included in Tekken 7. Maybe that's the game mode that will be included with the season pass.

Definitely worth what its current price is. If you see this game on sale, get it.

Dead or Alive 5 Last Round is a superb game just like the variants before it, but putting aside the nickel and diming there's too much wrong with the PC version(performance not being an issue, game runs nicely). The PC version lacks stages from the console versions and the graphics aren't as good as the PS4 and XBone versions. Also, no Steam cloud.

My major gripe with with this version though is the button bindings. Sure you can bind fighting controls to whatever but non fighting controls are messed. I have a custom arcade stick that's dual modded with a Mad Catz 360 controller and a ChImp SMD. I can use my stick in either ChImp or 360 mode. If I use it in ChImp mode, I have to use the first button on the top(or 1P) as the confirm button, the first button on the bottom(or 1K) becomes cancel. With every other fighter, 1K and 2K are confirm and cancel.

It gets worse with an Xinput controller. The pause button isn't start, it's bound to the right stick(which you have to press down). That may not be too bad if you're using an Xinput pad but if you're using an Xinput arcade stick you don't have a pause button.

This could easily be fixed if Team Ninja were to make a patch that allows you to bind everything like Ultra Street Fighter IV on PC allows, but they won't do that. And because of that I don't recommend this game.

Metal Slug 3 is an amazing game. Next best game in the series aside from Metal Slug 6 IMO. The problem is the port for this version is terrible. Something about it doesn't feel right. And the controls feel awkward, even after configuring them. They should have also made the game free play instead of having credits. Based on my experiences I can't recommend buying this.

If you're itching for some good old Metal Slug 3, you're better off dusting off the old Wii or PS2 and playing it through the anthology.
