Picked up the game after seeing Civvie's review. I had seen it before, but i hadn't paid much attention to it. However, i highly recommend you get this game.
Pros:
Awesome soundtrack.
Fun gameplay that will probably give motion sickness to the uninitiated.
Most over-the-top things you can think of, like parrying a laser beam with a coin.
Beautiful art style. While the graphics are not that pleasing due to the fact that this game is a retro throwback shooter, the art style definitely makes that irrelevant with how awesome it looks.
Cons:
The game is not 100% out yet, with only Prelude and Infinite Hyperdeath out so far. ACT 2 WHEN HAKITA.
High difficulty. You WILL die. Sometimes in ways that will make you want to punch something.

All in all, the game is mostly perfect. Despite being a retro FPS made by one man (AFAIK) it can punch far above it's weight in terms of fun against higher budget AAA games.
Time until ACT 2 is released/10

Underrail is an amazing game, although there are some complaints people have. Some of those are related to things like carry weight or the combat being annoying due to things such as enemies kicking your ass unless you know what to bring to fight them. Personally, i don't have a problem with that sort of difficulty since it's mainly reliant on your experience rather than the game throwing ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ enemies at you.
The dialogue and characters in this game are also amazing. Personally i have very little complaints about the game and those are usually when i get ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ CRIPPLING STRIKE stacked on me for 10 turns straight by a mugger, preventing me from doing anything due to the heavily overburdened debuff i get. If you're interested in the game, i'll give you a few tips on how to enjoy it.
1: It's normal to die in this game. Just remember that you should reconsider your strategy, or try something different rather than doing the same thing and hoping for RNG to work in your favor.
2: Put points into crafting. Seriously. Things you can craft are usually better for you since you know how they work.
3: Use Oddity XP. It may be annoying for a bit, but it takes the focus off of enemies and makes you able to skip combat without losing much.
4: Explore, but know when to turn back. There are some great places you can find with good loot in them, but if you start going into 1-turn territory, then turn back and either reconsider your gear or look for oddities and side quests to level up.
5: Don't stay in Depot A longer than you need to. Seriously, when an NPC calls that place Hell, he's being honest. It will suck your enjoyment of the game out of you along with your soul.
6: Explore Core City, but avoid combat. Most enemies you find there will probably 1-turn you if you visit it immediately after it opens up.
7: Don't sell things in SGS past the early-game. SGS credits are like monopoly money, and as such are absolutely ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ useless anywhere outside of SGS, and the exchange rate for them at Junkyard is absolutely terrible.
8: Specialise. Know where to put your points. Lockpicking and Hacking come in handy at any stage of the game, but if you're going for a non-psi playthrough, putting points into any Psi stat is just a smooth brain move.
9: Immerse yourself. Your enjoyment of the game will increase exponentially when you take breaks and chat with the NPCs. Their writing is absolutely amazing and you're simply denying yourself more fun if you ignore side characters and only talk to quest NPCs or merchants.
I've gone on a pretty long tangent. As such i'll be finishing it up here.
The current stacks of Crippled i have on me/10. Amazing game.

The best game to ever grace us.
It is so autistically good that i think i have a dependency on it now.
10/10. Perfect soundtrack, great game, though the learning curve may be a turn-off.
Here's a story of my character, DenChen on his burglary run to The Swamp.
>Go to shop.
>Great selection of items to "borrow" and never return.
>Caravan goes in.
>Shop closes.
>Caravan doesn't leave because they need to shop but they can't since the store's closed.
>First night as a cucked thief.
>Decide to wait until the next night to try again.
>NeverSurrender.brit
>Second night
>No cucking caravan nearby.
>YES
>Pick the lock on the door.
>Hard, but manage.
>YES YES
>Shopkeep is asleep.
>YES YES YES
>...
>Now watch out since it's real ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ hours here.
>A ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ WANDERING ASSASSIN GOES IN AND WAKES THE SHOPKEEP.
>I rage. Leave and mine copper until i can become a member of the shinobi thieves. While also recruiting Ruka.
>10/10, would be cucked by NPCs again.

Ah yes. E.Y.E. The best FPS game i've played.
Though not one with it's flaws.
While E.Y.E *is* a very enjoyable game, the most annoying parts of the game are both walking around humongous maps to get to objectives, and of course, the startup.
Of course, this depends on your computer.
When you launch the game, you wait for it to load, then you go through the portal. Load again.
Then you talk to Rimanah. MORE loading. Then you can play a mission.
Pros:
Great fun
Wonderful lore
SEXY soundtrack
Memes galore.

Cons of E.Y.E:
Tons of walking
Loads of loading screens before you can get into missions.

Overall, i rate E.Y.E the amount of brouzouf you need to get the warhammer out of the IQ points of the feds.
