Did you know you can live solely on mashed potatoes? Potatoes give you every vitamin and nutrient you need to survive with the exception of 2 but those 2 can be found in milk and/or butter so when you make mashed potatoes you're literally getting every thing that you need to survive. Now you get some mashed potatoes for your nutrients and vitamins but if you really wanna take it up a notch right who needs to eat anyway takes up too much time imagine all the time you spend eating if you spent that time training in Kovaak's or speed running fire emblem. So basically this is what you do you just blend up all your ♥♥♥♥ and drink it speed run your meals no wasted time. Then you combine this strategy with the mashed potatoes and get this you literally only ever need to buy potatoes and milk, you wake up on Monday take out your blender and blend up potatoes and milk to last you the whole week. It's that meal prep right, so now whenever you need your food you don't waste time making or eating it. You just chug that ♥♥♥♥ and get back to Kovaak's.
