Obisidian Entertainment did an absolute hell of a job with this, Fallout: New Vegas was one of the first RPG's that I took to heart. It gave me the genuine feeling of a wild-west inspired wasteland, and New Vegas acting as an "oasis" in the middle of the desert just fit in so well with the locations and the story. The whole game revolves around the Hoover dam, and a certain platinum chip. FNV gives you so many choices that let you define who you are, making sure that the game doesn't become too linear. Apart from the story, there's tons of side quests to finish too, and with those sidequests come some of the most memorable characters I've ever met in a videogame. The only quirks I've got with this game is the awkward gunplay, I've found myself relying too much on V.A.T.S in battles, and running out of AP in the middle of a kill sequence can land you in a bad situation. Other than that, the game is a masterpiece. I prefer this game over FO3 just because I like the wild-west wasteland much better than the militarized-Washington D.C FO3 is set in. Also, FNV is more compatible with mods.

Mods would be the absolute turning point for me. I first played this game a few years back on my PS3, and finally getting it on PC a while ago opened my eyes to what the FNV community could do with this already great game. One of my personal favourite mods would be the Willow Companion mod, the way she interacts with you differently as you spend more time with her is more complex and gripping than how the normal companions in-game just had "special" one-time quests that didn't really do much story-wise. The mods also help fix the poor optimisation in some areas of the game, but since it's an old game I'll cut it some slack.

No More Room In Hell features various elements of teamwork, fighting, and survival. If you get surrounded, you call for help, if you come across a zombie, you must kill it, and if you get infected or start bleeding, you must find the aproppriate medical item to help your needs. Ammo is scarce, like it would be in real life, and you can only take a few hits before going down, unlike some games where you can withstand the beating of a thousand punches. Pretty much good overall gameplay, with great graphics. There are 2 gamemodes, one call Survival and one called Objective. In survival, you have to protect specific points in the map, and in Objective, you must complete all the objectives to escape the map safely, there is a time limit at the end, which further increases the tenseness. Also, it contains many maps to choose from for both gamemodes, and the devs are still updating the game, so there are more to come out, which also means more weapons, as if there wasn't enough melee weapons and firearms already. This game is very unique, making it stand out of all the other zombie apocolypse games, because of a lot of things. First of all, the maps are just like ones from L4D2, except they have more objectives, and they don't require the ol' move and shoot. It also has zombie children, which is the first time I'm agreeing with this choice. I don't know why, but it adds to the realism, which this game is all about. Unlike a few games, No More Room In Hell is a very realistic game, with unique elements to it, like once you die, you turn into a zombie (unless you got teamkilled).
