this guy is coach-able and received an employment acceptance letter. Prior to this job offer; he was in the under world realm of SilkRoad/Localbitcoins/Bitcointalk through the years and scamming kids and old folks from the community. Most notable scam was scamming BTC at $8400 level and losing the seed key for the wallet. Total loss of value 64BTC @ $8400 per coin.
