updates have introduced a good bit of strategic depth and the level of polish in this game is something i'd like to see more of in the future from paradox. its borrows from eu4, ck2 and some very slight vic 2 style pop management so if you've played those games, you know exactly what to expect. the biggest issue imo is inherent in the setting of the game, there isn't a huge lot going on in this time period depending on who you play as
