I only played through the campaign, but had fun during it. Controls worked good, I used a HOTAS system. If you like planes, and a simulator is too work intensive for you, this is a fun game.

Good for benchmarking, metrics are easy to understand, but also don't withhold information for the sake of simplicity. I don't have much experience benchmarking, but 3DMark works for me.

Great game with some flaws. I overall enjoyed it more than Part 1, with some areas of improvement, some of stagnation, and some of decline.
Presentation in all aspects is absolutely perfect in my opinion. Stunning graphics, superb soundtrack, excellent voice acting. Beautiful set pieces, levels, environments, skyboxes... Performance was excellent for me, I was playing on 1440p all settings maxed and I didn't notice any issues, although I didn't check my actual FPS (there was no need to). Running on a 5950x and a 3090. I only encountered a single visual bug during my playthrough, that was more entertaining than anything else and fixed itself very quickly.
Gameplay is okay, towards the end, as you get more combat options, aggressive gameplay becomes too strong and too easy, taking away the stealth aspect of the game. Controls feel sluggish and unsatisfying, similar to the first part.
Story is always going to be a matter of taste, without spoilers: I personally liked it, but I can see some of the shortcomings. To find out how you are going to react to the story, you will have to play it yourself though.

Overally I can highly recommend the game. It goes in sale regularly, and is definitely worth that price.
