Me and my friend both have anxiety issues and we played this together. Not a good idea. A fun and funny idea. But NOT A GOOD IDEA

Very simple game but somehow also really immersive. And I feel like I learned so much about my friends while playing this lol. It was a fun experience. Just the right difficulty and length too

Played for years and really loved this game, but I don't think I'd recommend it anymore. The playerbase is kind of dying and it's just changed a lot in bad ways. There'd always be people who'd leave early in game but it's gotten worse over time. It seems like every other game I play now, 3-4 people leave either immediately or after the first night

The game also has a bunch of interesting game modes that aren't playable anymore because the lobbies are never full. And don't even bother with the Coven DLC; that content was only playable for about 2 months before it turned into a ghost town like everything else

Played this game on console and PC. It's busted on both. Been a glitchy mess for years and the devs know it. They even tried livestreaming a tournament once and could barely finish because it was bugging out too much. And instead of fixing problems the devs just spend time pumping out more broken DLC characters who can dunk from the 3 point line.

It can still be fun when things work. The bugs would be funny sometimes and we'd just laugh it off. But at this point it's like gamebreaking bugs happen practically every couple of hours. It's ridiculous. Also, idk who told them pet addons were a good idea. Instead of 3on3 it's more like 6on6 because there's constantly animals running around all over the court like wtf

I think I may have to do a second playthrough of this game from the beginning. Even though you're free to roam, the game is still very linear and not in a way that works with the hacking concept imo. You can access many places in the game before the story calls for it. But it's done in a way that makes it hard to understand what to do next at times, especially since a lot of the NPC only show up in certain places at certain times. There's been numerous moments in the game where I didn't know who I was supposed to be talking to or where to go and I ended up hacking into something that wasn't necessary, or where I was supposed to meet someone somewhere but I was too late and then just left lost. For example, there was one point in the game where I was invited to a party across town and once I arrived only given about 30 seconds to talk before everyone started leaving to go home and the host went to sleep. In the next plot point, I'm asked about a conversation at the party that I didn't actually have. This happened more than once.

I found a lot of interesting this while just wandering around town; secret areas, lore, etc. I think the game has a lot of potential with sharing elements of the story that are only revealed to you by hacking into places you shouldn't be. But by doing this I shouldn't feel like I can't get back on track when I'm done, and that's exactly what happened. I'm fine with the game not being 100% straightforward, but it seems like the game is stuck somewhere between linear and free-roam instead of committing to one or the other.

The community in this game really ruined it for me. It's not just 1x1 trash talk, I'd have full groups of angsty kids being so obnoxious. It's probably a lot better playing with friends. But even when I tried that, it just felt really toxic. Also, compared to games like Friday 13th and DBD, I felt like being the killer was actually kind of a chore, especially when you're still learning.

There were maybe 2 or 3 puzzles that I found impossible to figure out without a guide. Overall I found it interesting and the art was nice.
