Imagine super smash. Then stop imagining it, because this game is almost nothing like it.

Choose between a good amount of heroes to compete in a completely free to play pvp platformer. Complete daily quests, experiment in different gamemodes, find a teammate and learn amazing "true" combos to destroy your opponents with. Join a guild and refine your skill, climb the ranks to become the best player in the world. While a small esports genre, mostly overlooked for super smash, brawhalla is a very good platformer. While some heroes shine over others, the developers continually update the game to add new content, and overall balance the gameplay. I personally give this game a 7/10, which I believe is a fair grade to give it. While it offers a fun experience, we don't see anything revoluationary. We still have the crate system for pixels that we see in so many games, yet I overlook this considering the game is free. You gotta pay the bills somehow, lol. The coins aren't overpriced either, and you can get them included in DLCs. The majority of the points that are deducted for me are from the community. The community of this game is NOT CHILD FRIENDLY! There is absolutely no filter for what players can say post match, and there is no report function to help mute these players. I would not recommend playing this if you can be easily insulted, or are younger than a teenager.

Pretty good game, would highly recommend previous experience in the FPS category before attempting to play. Has a long history with esports, very competitive, very fun to play with others. Great for a laugh as a casual player, or to sweat and take it seriously if that is your thing. 7/10 for me.

Rocket League is by far one of my most played and most enjoyed games I have ever played. Rocket League by Psyonix Studios gives me a sensation every morning, craving to play more of this game. I have around 850 hours currently, started playing this game 12/27/16 and haven't missed more than 3 days in a row without playing it (currently 11/12/17).

About the game:
Rocket League, the sequel to Super Sonic AcroBatic Rocket Powered Battle Cars, is a game where you are a car and it is similar to football/soccer. You must get the ball into the other teams goal, while avoiding getting it into yours. As you progress in the game, you will see shots called flicks, air drags, air dribbles, double touch, double touch rebounds, and all sorts of other cool things that you get to master. Rocket league gives you a great opportunity with custom training packs aswell as free play where you can do whatever you want.

Negatives:
Game takes a while to understand. If your a quick learner, I highly believe that you will do just fine. It took me about 100 hours of this game to master going up for aerials and hitting it almost every time. Example: I have 850 hours and I am champ 1, I play with people who have around 1,000-1,500 hours. Some exclusive cars that can only be bought via DLC, however DLC are very cheap.

Positives:
Non-stop fun. Can't get enough of it. There are tons of diffrent cars that you can leran, a trading community, holiday events, tournements, you can have a LAN party, a commpetitive series, the list just never ends!
The cars are fully customizable, and you can unlock even more than what it already gives you using mods (Such as Alphla Console) to make your car look exactly like you want it to, without even spending a dime.

Conclusion:
If your a person who is willing to put in the time for a video game, this game is right up your alley. Non-stop action, and unlike shooter games where it can seem rinse and repeat, every match in rocket league is a brand new one. That is what for me makes it such a great game.
