Played quite some MMO's in my life, but this one has by far the most generous free-to-play model I have ever seen. None of the premium benefits involve gear or stats and 99% can also be bought with a currency that can easily be acquired in a relative short time span by doing content. The telegraph system makes combat harder to master, but much more interesting than you see in most other games. The raids are among the hardest in this genre you will find, but they are very well designed and extremely fun to progress through. It also has an elaborate housing system that allows you to create anything you can come up with.

Unfortunately we lost this beautiful game on November 28th 2018. NCSoft pulled the plug after many years of mismanagement. Together with my friends from the guild Perseverance I had the best online multiplayer experience to this date. Effort is being made by Arctium and Nexus Forever to make a private server, so hopefully see you all there!
