A fun romp through the Portal 2 mechanics again, with a couple of new puzzle pieces that mix things up a little. Overall, feels like Portal 2 again with a somewhat different (and sillier) story, but doesn't add enough to be unique. But it's free, so it's well worth it.

If you're looking for a more relaxed base builder with automation and tech progression, without a ticking clock or invading enemies, this is your game. Make a massive city-factory, a train-networked complex, or a massive pile of spaghetti!

If you aren't smiling by the end of it, have someone check you for a pulse.

Adorable. Doesn't last too long, not a huge challenge but a fun and relaxing experience.

A fast-paced shooter that doesn't come within a mile of a cover mechanic and instead rewards just running into a demon's face and filling it full of buckshot before ripping its jaw off. The awesome feeling you get finishing each fight, combined with the music that just feeds that feeling, makes it very cathartic.

It can get a little easy at the end, especially with certain combinations of upgrades; my method involved two runes, one that grants armor on a finisher, the other giving infinite ammo when over a minimum armor amount, and simply mowing down everything with the chaingun from distance. Some of the challenge of the close-up fight was lost, but I still felt like a bullet-hose god doing it, so no downside here!

If you're on the fence, pick it up. It's just plain fun.

It's an item collection game. But it's a DAMN FUN item collection game, and you'll forget that it's about collecting items and looking fabulous while you're actually doing the playing. And it's being handled by a dev team that listens to its fan base.
