Really enjoyed it! I recommend it for someone who wants to try Serious Sam 4 or get into the Serious Sam franchise.
BUT, I would I wait sales as the campaign is really short and there are quite few framerate problems (30-60 on a 2060 on low settings)
One of the main problems of SS4 and this game is the animation, I get what they are trying to do, but it's just not there.

It is a cool game if you are just into running, spellcasting and shooting randomly, otherwise the game "coating" is dull and without any logical sense.
An example: you see enemies throughout the dungeons that are angry peppers along with some random ice golems just to fight, no reason why there are minions like that in a castle dungeon.
The theme of the game is poor; enemies, bosses and characters are dull and the music is average.
Eventually the game mechanics are fun and the dungeon generation is pretty good. If you can just ignore the stuff that I mentioned above you will for sure enjoy the game and support an Indie company.

Important note: as many other people announced this game will split the community as Serious Sam 2 did once.
Overall the game is good, but it got its flaws.
PROS
- Fun as every other Serious Sam game
- Ambient is good
- There is this feeling of that makes them SERIOUS SAM games and this is no exception
- Music

CONS
- Performance, you must have a somewhat decent pc to barely play this game
- Half of the animations are meh
- Several bugs
- Last 3-4 levels need a lot of polish
- There is some inconsistency in how the fights progress, some fights are too hard and some are too easy. This may be a testers error

I understand all the negative reviews about the performance because this game is heavy as ♥♥♥♥, probably will be patched in future, but as for today the framerate is incostant.
BUT I can't understand all the negative reviews about the gameplay, what did people expect to receive? A TLOU story with doom graphics and Serious Sam gameplay?

I can agree that we could have waited a little bit more for resolving all of the cons, but I hope they will get fixed in future patches, for now, if you have a bad-medium pc I would skip the game as you wouldn't enjoy it that much.

If you do not fall in the category that I have written above buy the game and you'll have a lot of fun.
