Despite the simplicity of its graphics, the game performance is horrible. People who made the Unity Engine are not stupid, they created an industry standard game engine. It's up to the developers to utilize the engine in a smart way to optimize the performance. Devs of this game assume everyone can throw enough chip power at the game so it runs good no matter how bad the optimization is, but the reality is people who would buy this game are not really invested in gaming that much, they don't want to spend huge cash just to run this one.
So, to cut it short, if you have a machine that can run, say, BF1 at full settings, this game will push it to its limits, not in terms of graphical fidelity though.

Really good game. Feeling of shooting is really satisfying. Community is not childish (for now at least).
