I'm super excited to see factorio out of early access. The game was still absolutely amazing in early access dont get me wrong. I was on and off about whether I'd like this game for a long time. I had played the demo ages ago but was confused by everything at first. I took another leap in years later and I absolutely love this game.

The game can be very complicated to new comers but thats also what makes this game shine. You start off not knowing much of anything other than you want to build a base and launch a rocket. This game becomes stupidly addicting as once you figure out one thing you want to do the next, and the next, and the next... until its 4am a week later.

The devs are really in touch with the community as they have a wonderful update every week to keep you up to date. I'm always excited to see the new changes.

I'll just say if you get bored of vanilla after a while there are a TON of mods. There's even a few to practically change the entire game.

As a nice bonus this game has multiplayer so in case you like building with friends (like myself) it makes this game a lot more fun than it already is.

If you're a newcomer I highly recommend you play the game at your own pace and figure things out first. Understand how the game works. Once you've done a few runs and want to make a NICE base look up some blueprints and tutorials. There are tons!
