It feels like they tried to re-invent what a first person exploration survival game is, instead of sticking to tried and true conventions.
As the result the game feels extremely unintuitive to play, Going through the tasks feels unsatisfying and I never feel like ive accomplished anything.
The worst part is of course the inventory. As a new player I do not know what resources are important and which are not, It forces me to make uneducated guessed on which things to throw out and which to hold on to.
The game also has an odd feel of cheapness to it. It looks great on screenshots "from afar", but when you play it and get to see everything up close, you start to see the cheap shortcuts.

After getting booted from the tutorial for the 5th time, it is safe to assume that the game is nonfunctional.

This game's only flaw is that it cannot be modded. On every other level its pretty much a masterpiece, especially art and writing

The lack of public lobbies is an absolute killer.
Physics is more annoying than charming, and since the game has to synchronize it across players, it becomes a connection issue.
Game sometimes gets forever stuck on loading screens, even when disconnecting from a lobby.
The gameplay itself is really slow and pretty boring, relying almost exclusively on players making their own fun.

The atmosphere is pretty great, mostly, but unfortunately the mood alone cannot carry it.
Ill take the eldritch tentacle monster with TTS over spooky emoji man any day.

Tons of fun secrets and mechanics that you are not allowed to experience due to extremely overpowered enemies and eviromental hazards.

Great aesthetics, but the gameplay loop is very short, the levels are poorly balanced in terms of difficulty, and the state of the run is less than clear.

Great at first glance, but over time you will realize how lazy and unfocused the devs are. There are tons of errors and issues that are well know that Digital Extremes just do not bother to fix. This applies to both gameplay and story/worldbuilding.
