I've finished this game on maximum security and it was the most frustrating experience ever.

The good:
- Audio (except for credits song, gets you copyrighted)
- Atmosphere
- Visuals
- Lighting and Shading
- Main character is likeable enough

The bad:
- Same boss used 4 times
- Pre-final boss used 2 times
- Enemies hit you at the same time
- Enemies hit you whilst in staggered animation
- Enemies hitting you with a up to 1 second delay and whilst in a staggered state
- Enemies can grab you with a missing limb, getting grabbed by an arm with a bone sticking out looks silly
- Enemies get random hyper armour
- Enemies that are not meant to trigger sometimes on the reload become animated and you fight them and if you reload the game they go back to being background items
- Very small pool of enemies, felt repetitive
- Your melee attacks do not finishing off enemies, forcing you to use bullets
- Weapon upgrades make no difference, for example right side of melee tree
- Inventory hyper limiting
- No stash/storage management
- Every gun has it's own bullet type even if its same class
- Needing to press a button and then scroll to change weapons is extremely bad (why not leave the true and tested; mouse wheel to change or number keys)
- Weapon swap animations are too long for the mount of steps it takes
- Bosses attack so fast that when trying to change weapons it won't go through as you have to dodge mid animation.
- Sometimes the reload finishes but the gun still has a red circle and then randomly fills up, with delay
- Sometimes gun won't fire
- Excessive amounts of health on hardest difficulty but not enough ammo
- Upgrades were patched and cost too much and as you cannot go back to farm upgrading becomes a luxury past your core weapon, doors randomly close behind you when you reach check point
- Loot falling through the ground
- Loot landing in unreachable areas
- Mimic/trap cheats felt like a spit on the face due to how bad the combat in this game is
- Having to melee to waste bullets is honestly very stupid combat loop
- Enemies come back from the dead and transform even after they are meant to truly die
- Some death animations are long
- Pacing of story makes no sense, when did the characters become best friends? There was no trial or tribulation
- Delivery man feeling guilty about something he didn't know about seems a silly guilt trip and I do not agree with
- The side character story should have been shown sooner
- The best way to play the game is to not buy weapons and focus on melee damage, main gun and the glove
- Performance is terrible
- Every encounter felt like a gambling simulator, health bar doesn't matter especially on the boss as it's one hit. I've used healing 3 times throughout the whole game and old the rest, and when I healed it was out of frustration to take an extra hit
- Boss fights having adds is so, so, so had with this games combat
- Enemies become invulnerable when transforming, makes no sense, damage is damage

The combat brings this game down a lot. It leaves such a bad taste, especially when you're rolling your eyes out of your head from boredom and lack of motivation when seeing the same boss for the fourth time.

This game tried to mix resident evil with dead space but fails on both. I hope the devs take the feedback seriously and work on their game. This is not a product of love.
