I am looking to buy some skins via PayPal. I have 1700€ + in my PayPal and am looking for any reasonable offer, really. I will pay around market price for anything I am looking for. like 85-95% of market price

Now, a few things:

1) I have a VERIFIED PayPal account

2) I have a level 31 Steam account with over 35+ games and hundreds of hours played between them. In order to cut down on time wasted with scammers and such, I will NOT accept ANY requests from those with few games, a low steam level, or low hours played. If you fall into any of those categories but are a LEGIT person, please leave a message here first and I will add YOU! Thanks!

3) I am not going to overpay you for anything. but if it has better look then normal l will give you abit more. If you are looking for an outrageous amount for your item, please move along as I am not the person you are looking for! I am willing to entertain any REASONABLE offer, though, so feel free to make one!

4) Lastly, and possibly most importantly, I am not going first. I am not into the whole trading community, and thus am a bit skeptical going into any transaction; I'm simply looking for a fast, easy trade and payment so I can get the items I am looking for and move along.
