It's a very good aim trainer. I have been playing 1 for around an hour to one hour and a half a day for the past week (in the sandbox mode) and I can say that my aim has gotten significantly better.

It has helped me a lot when it came to managing my gpu. Also, by changing the fan speed I have managed to reduce the amount of game crashes
