Blizzard has gone too far with their greed. A shame, this could be an awesome game but it got owned by corporate greed in spite of many talented developers working on it.

Yay, we got a steam client now and it rocks!
I've been playing Soulforged for a bit over 4 months by now. And I definitely recommend trying it out. Let's go over a few things I love:

1) Cooperation. One man can be a lot, but helping each other, covering weak points of your buddies is the way to play Soulforged. Play together, strive together, and achieve great things together. Join Discord[discord.gg] to become part of our welcoming community - we share game knowledge, help with gear, organize multi-player activities like hunts or difficult beast fights and do some casual talk too. Click that linkie!

2) Action Points system (AP) - you get 15 AP every 15 minutes, and there is no other way to gain more AP. That means that everyone is equal, and how you spend your AP, how well you optimize is going to decide what you can achieve. It doesn't mean whether you spend 15 minutes per day on the game, or 16 hours - you will be rewarded for your efficiency, cooperation and planning rather than for sacrificing real life time or money.

3) Free. You cannot flex your wallet and become better than others. And a promise that p2w never happens is what actually lured me in to try the game.

4) Active, responsive and overall amazing developer. Thanks for addressing all that walls of feedback you're getting, at the same time working on new content and fixing issues faster than light.

5) Difficulty:
- while the game rewards you for being somewhat greedy, it also does punish you for being too greedy
- fighting always harms you, very rarely you get out of a fight without a scratch - and I love it
- Ignoring harsh conditions and wounds will make you suffer some very special and very nasty effects that will totally reduce your capabilities for a time. In some cases it might mortally wound you or even kill your character. You can always start another one, but all the skills you had are lost once you die. Only knowledge remains.
- it takes effort of multiple people to advance community knowledge, explore uncharted regions of map and find weaknesses of powerful beasties

There's more but this review is already a wall of text so ... join Discord[discord.gg] and ask questions. Good chance you'll have me answer those ;)

I had good fun and that's the important thing. However, the demo game feels a bit unfinished/unpolished and not well balanced.
There's a few issues with achievements that the devs are looking into after the holidays, but otherwise the experienece was decently smooth.
What's good that every run is different, gets that Slay the Spire type of experience in a hellish setting. What's not good is that some cards and effects are "meta" - too good to skip, and others seem to not have a place in the deck. I'm guessing this will change over time and the balance will be found, so it's worth following h development.

69 minutes of a fully voiced experience in a demo. Nice!
Combat too easy and somewhat clunky with animations, gestures etc. It's fine in the beginning but eventually gets repetitive and boring, especially when you one shot final boss of the demo with a single crit on the first turn.
Nevertheless, this is a good pick for casual gamers looking for some well made chill story experience. As for me, I'm most likely not getting the full game.

Yes. Truly fantastic expansion for the original Slay the Spire. Playing as slime was good fun, looking forward to doing runs with other bosses

I loved the game for over 2000 hours.

You start as a space ninja and end up as an entity of ultimate destruction. Warframe is a fast paced PvE looter shooter with unique parkour system, ~50 (war)frames and over half thousand of weapons to utilize, dozens and dozens of things to do, starting from murdering everything on sight to fishing in a pond or picking the best looking fashion for your doggo/catso. Warframe looks good, sounds great, and the movement is one of the best I've ever seen in a game.

However, I cannot not mention that the game has issues, ranging from major bugs not being fixed for half a decade to weird (im)balance decisions by DEvs and lack of actually long lasting "endgame" content. In fact, most of activities are sort of a content islands, and with latest trends skins start to replace content which is often DElayed for multiple years since announcement.
But all of this is pretty irrelevant to new players, which would enjoy the game for hundreds of hours before starting to feel any of that.

I'm giving Warframe a slightly bitter "Yes". It is a great game in which being genocidal maniacs is considered being the good guys ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
