Genuinely one of the free games I've ever played. Gets in and gets out without overstaying its welcome. Perfect parody of the source material.

Awesome little game. Knows what it is and doesn't overstay its welcome.

This is really one of those gams I wish there was a mixed or just `informative` review for.

This game isn't really bad, but it is completely flat. There is very little mechanical complexity and I haven't felt challenged at any point. I haven't finished it and maybe it gets "harder" once you get to the point where there is nothing left to level in the skill tree and you want to make it to the 100th floor but even if that is true the mechanics would be the same and there just isn't much meat on that bone.

I picked it up super cheap and I don't think it is a waste of a few bucks but you should know what you're getting in to. It makes sense given its origin as a 2010 flash game but in the current landscape it is a curiosity at best unless it is a nostalgia hit for you.

Wow. I really don't understand why I tore through this game in just a few days. I've played a lot of similar games, but really bounced off almost all of them. This one hooked me big time.

I'll say it outright, on paper this game is a lot more limited in complexity than a lot of others that swim in the same pond, since you can only control so many things at the same exact time. Didn't phase me one bit. The design was perfect for me. It is well considered in scope. The pacing is incredible. The game has a remarkable sense of personality and it feels completely natural.

I'm sad that I've finished all the hand-crafted contracts but I still have a few panel parts to unlock and haven't delivered every time of cargo that is the game, I've still got parts of the map to fill out for sure (It is hard to tell just how much map there actually is, still, but it is *big*.

I love this game, I am looking forward to future updates. Congratulations to the developer knocking it out of the park and really surprising me with how delightful the game is.

I really wish I could leave a positive review but the game has too many issues to overlook. Like the combat is interesting and the character interactions are well written enough. But boy is it just... full of friction to play. Lots of menu stuff that is just sub-optimal, missing minor but normal conventions of the genre. The game at times feels both very guided, but at others almost entirely unguided to the point of confusion. The quest log can be useful, but often times doesn't offer enough information to figure out how to do whatever it is asking you. The economy in the game is also a bit perplexing. Some things give you thousands of credits, but others just give you a few hundred and it just seems weird.

The biggest problem though is the performance. I haven't played it on my actual PC but I am playing it on my Steam Deck and it is inexcusable how well (un-well) it performs. For what is being rendered there is no reason it should drop below 60, but it only runs at 60 in some interiors. Otherwise it vacillates between around 20-40, and this is turning shadows off with the options in the most recent update. Also there is a lot of random stuttering in some combat areas. when it pans the screen. Movement of the character is intrinsically linked to the framerate, moving around the world can be grueling because of this.

There is a good game here, but it is like pulling teeth at times to play it.

AS far as the NSFW stuff goes, I'm not really here for it, bought it because I read the combat was a good tactical experience, but the pixel animations that I have seen are artistically pretty good and interesting.

So I do like this game but it took me a long time. Coming from Factorio there are a lot of things that are handled differently here, and it really took me a long time to push past where it is different in ways that seem sub-optimal and just kind of embrace it. Once I escaped that mindset of instantly comparing things to Factorio, I was able to really get into Satisfactory. The game really does need more time to bake, and lacks a lot of polish in usability/interface. Placement of objects can be really finicky in certain circumstances as well, and I kind of gave up on trying to make things look good in most cases, instead of purely functional.

That said, I still think there are some objectively bad design decisions at play here (Largely around how research/tech is handled. I think its a mistake to obfuscate things as hard as they do, and also just a usability issue for being spread out between multiple buildings/interfaces.)

I am very excited to see where things go from here regardless, and if you can approach the game with a fresh perspective, there is a lot of fun to have here.

I really like this. I don't really care about golf. I've never actually golfed. I'm not even really interested in golf. The only golf game I ever enjoyed was the 3DS Mario Golf.

I can't eloquently explain why I enjoyed this as much as I did, but I really did, and I wanted to keep playing more when my friend had to stop. I'm not even good! There is something about this game also in the scheme of VR games that is interesting and uncommon. It feels pretty well-suited to VR and intelligently designed in the VR implementation, but also strangely clinical. Not to say that is a bad thing, but it is peculiar. My only real complaint with the VR interactions is I would much prefer a laser pointer for menu control as an option in addition to fake touch screen. It is pretty easy to select things when doing character customization and the kind of pointer control is more precise/controllable in my experience. Plus you can do support both simultaneously with no issue!

The developer clearly is invested in the project and I hope that more people will take a look into it. Certainly more fun as a social experience (as are most things), and it would be nice if there were enough people playing at any given time to be able to find an online game.

So this thing has some serious Jank. It does handle clunky for sure. That said, playing with my friends most of the jank leaned toward slapstick comedy. If you don't take things too seriously and are looking to have a good time with your pals, this thing is honestly pretty great. You will repeat levels a lot, to get a passing grade or to complete the bonus objectives, but the enemies do keep things interesting most of the time. The only not-so-fun issue that recurred was enemies shooting through walls in some cases. Feels bad since there is nothing you can do.

This game needs more time to cook for sure and I hope it gets the continued developer support it needs to polish it, if nothing else. It was more than worth the price of admission for the enjoyment I got out of it.

This game is great.

Does it have problems? Sure.
Is it fun? Yes. Absolutely. Even more fun with a friend,

Yes the menus are clunky and the controls aren't airtight. But it's a beautiful mess.

Emily is (a)way too good.

Seriously this is probably the best nostaliga trip I've ever been on it. Nailed it from top to bottom.
