Lots of potential, but hard to recommend in its current state. Very little substance or balance. You can clear a run easily with minimal movement and complete disregard to your build. The game will constantly barrage you with new items to the point where you can skip or pick randomly just to move on, and it will have no impact on your run. Horrendous script and translation work (dialogue, skill descriptions, items, etc.).

There are unique and compelling elements to the game as others have mentioned (run pathing, town management), but that's about it. The devs are communicative and have a clearly defined roadmap, so it will be interesting to see how this game pans out in a few month's time.

Shipping cost more than the unit itself. DS4 controller support is abysmal, with buggy input. Stopped syncing with the PC moments after setup. Avoid this piece of garbage.
