Very fun take on a MOBA x Battle Royale genre mix!

Current gamemodes include: 2-player squads on the BR map, 4-player squads on the BR map, and 4v4 arena mode (haven't tried that one yet). Both BR modes are really fun and hectic. Despite there being only one map, it's hand-made and every match uses a different part of it, and even different scale (sometimes the map is very big, sometimes it's quite small and you end up clumped together with lots of other teams).

The learning curve: I wouldn't say Supervive is hard to learn. It's not :that: bad compared to top MOBAs like LoL or DOTA. Although you may have a more difficult time than me if you've only played BR games and not MOBAs.

The fun: You'll spend very little time farming creeps or engaging in filler activities! There's lots of action going on and many ways to get into it, like contesting bosses, "vaults" with valuable items, resurrection points, using scanners to find the location of the enemy teams, and so on. You have many ways to outplay your opponents, or bounce back from half your squad getting "spiked" (instant kill from getting damaged when gliding over the abyss) or getting rekt in other fun (and unfortunate) ways.

The monetization: Cosmetics (skins) + Hunter (character) unlocks. You can get the latter from (free) Battle Pass levels, though. Considering the gaming landscape in 2024, the monetization in Supervive is extremely tame. A welcome change from games that push out new cosmetics faster than bug fixes.

The designs: Nice! Just so, so nice to look at! All of the Hunters look like characters you'd like to play as, unlike some other games plagued with the ugly. You know the ones. This isn't one of them, thankfully.

Overall, I feel like Supervive is a great game to chill in solo or with friends. Despite being a mix of the two most competitive and toxic genres around, it manages a balance that doesn't sacrifice the fun for gimmicky features and extreme focus on e-sports.

Give it a try! You may like it.

And if you do, here's my referral code to get you started with some cool cosmetics :3
